Elizabeth Taylor â€" Eternally Hollywood

The recent rumors of Elizabeth Taylors umpteenth marriage plans prompted me to do a little bit of refreshing of the old memory. After all, she's been around since 1941, when she starred in her first movie, and she's had one of the most colorful and interesting careers – not to mention personal lives! From the Lassie movies of her youth to National Velvet, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, Cleopatra and many other roles, the violet eyed beauty captivated audiences, and seemed to be able to draw crowds by her name alone. So much so that despite the fact that she's hardly been a part of the active Hollywood community in years, if not decades, she's still a household name. Then there are her multiple marriages, notably to stars like Richard Burton, who she wed twice, and Larry Fortensky and her latest Beau. If ever there was a life that can be described as interesting, I'd say it was Elizabeth Taylor's, and I hope she has many more years in which to captivate her public.
