Celebrities Who Died During 2009

It's always interesting to see how the public reacts to celebrity deaths, and 2009 was no exception. I think the biggest impact had to be the death of Michael Jackson from cardiac arrest, but there were several other well known stars who passed on in 2009. Among the most newsworthy were seventies and eighties star Farrah Fawcett, and of course, Patrick Swayze, whose tragic death from cancer left millions of fans shocked and saddened. Some of the stars who passed on were older, like Ted Keendy and Bea Arther (of the Golden Girls) but some, like Brittany Murphy were barely into their thirties. Jett Travolta, who died from suspected complications due to autism, untreated because of his parents religious convictions was probably, howe ver, one of the saddest.
