Why You Should Consider Korean Cars, and What to Watch Out For

Over the last few years, Korean car manufacturers like Kia and Hyundai have brought out several sexy, stylish and desirable models that are becoming increasingly popular. Not only that, but they are priced competitively, often offering high quality finishes and features at prices that are well below those of competing models from better known competitors. They're also well made, and will usually give you years of trouble free service. The only real trouble that comes in where these models are concerned is that while buying a little K1orean beauty may be considerably cheaper, spare and replacement parts often are not. The companies that manufacture these cars have also altere d systems, and made parts non standard, so using a generic, or a non certified mechanic (who may not have the specialized tools required to do repairs) becomes impossible. So, if you do decide to buy Korean, it's worth taking an extended maintenance plan, and budgeting for sometimes costly repairs.
