How to make Healthy Meals in the office

If you live in a country like Singapore which has inspired songs like Fried Rice Paradise, you know it's not a place where you're going to get a lot of healthy food. It's especially difficult for working professionals who are looking for a quick bite - If you're short on time you're probably not going to go very far in search of a healthier option. However, it cannot be denied that eating right is much cheaper than visiting a Spa or in a worst case scenario – the doctor's. An easy solution that many people offer is the humble sandwich. Some tuna, cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce sandwiched between two slice of whole meal bread make for a simple great lunch. But you may want to take a leaf out of the notebooks of one of the slimmest people in the world – the Japanese. Top some canned tuna over some brown rice that you've steamed in the rice cooker the night before. At the corner of your bento, you can even tuck in a small salad. And tadah – you have the food pyramid in a box.
