How to Cope With Nerves on Your Wedding Day

You might not like being the center of attention, but you are the bride, and naturally all eyes will be focused on you, especially when you arrive at the ceremony, and during the cake cutting and the speeches. At the Ceremony, you will no doubt have to walk down an aisle between the guests, and you can do one of three things to feel comfortable. You can either stare at a point straight ahead, which will make you look cold, or you can lock eyes with a friend or your husband to be, which might make you appear a bit robotic. Looking quickly from side to side, and catching people's eyes will make your guests feel involved, but will help to avoid a frozen smile. Very importantly, when you are exchanging vows, loo k at your fiancé and concentrate on what you are saying. Nods and encouraging smiles from guests will distract you.
