How to achieve the S Factor in your Career

So you've got a great job, everything's going smoothly so far, but you can't help but feel something is seriously lacking – the S Factor or, the Success Factor. It may not be enough to just want to do better at your job, impress your boss, and your coworkers. As obvious as it may seem, one of top ways to achieve this is to observe rules - Using social Networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter or tumblr during working hours can hurt your chances of getting that promotion. Another way to achieve your best at work is to start to embrace lifelong learning. Consider part time or online classes that offer diploma or degree programs. Many companies support their employees in professional development, hence it w ould be wise to check with your employer for any education benefits such as time off to study, tuition fees paid or refunded. With a mind for learning and professional outlook, there should be nothing that can stop you from achieving success. You should never stop shy in looking to your company for professional help. There are many companies that see supporting employees as a form of investment in their greatest asset – you.
