So, you've lived in your home for a few years, but now it's time to sell. Maybe you're downsizing for retirement, or maybe you're going bigger to accommodate a growing family. Either way, you want to get your home on the market, and sold, as quickly as possible. The first piece of advice I have for you is to research the price. Underpriced homes make buyers suspicious. Overpriced homes won't even inpsire any interest. So make sure you find out what the average price for similar homes in your area is, and price accordingly. Another good tip is to repaint your home, and tidy away any clutter. Those two things will make your home fresher and easier to sell, and they don't cost a fortune.
