If you are a keen exercise nut and enjoy cycling, then a mountain biking holiday is a great way to spend time away from work and home. The coolest tours are those that take place on natural trails that aren't specifically made for cycling. That way you get to test your skill and stamina in fully natural environments. The sights and sounds of a natural setting far outdo those of artificial mountain bike courses. Some trails have the option of guided tours with trained athletic guides. This is nice for those of us who aren't 100% fit. Also, if you have a nasty fall or your bike breaks, you won't end up stranded in the wild. The exercise will work wonders for your muscle tone and you will definitely lose wei ght. The temptation for munching on snacks while on a motorized tour of the wild is avoided by cycling.
