Secrets of Bright Eyes

There's an old saying: history repeats itself. When it comes to makeup trends, that saying couldn't be more true. In fact, if fashion and beauties love affair with all things eighties is anything to go by, then the beauty industry is the truest reflection of that trend. When you want to do eighties, the quickest and easiest way is to do the bright eye. When we're talking eighties though, we're talking acid bright, in your face, no holds barred. Choose a flattering shade, like blue, green or orange, to apply nearest your eye. Use a dark grey shadow in the socket line, to add definition, and then sweep a different bright, whether it's pink, yellow or anything else, onto the rest of the lid. Instant eighties glam, but not for the faint hearted!
