Why You Should Freeze Spaghetti Sauce

This is a good idea, especially for working moms, as the sauce can be made in bulk, frozen, and ready for use when needed. Of course, the sauce is not only good for spaghetti, but is versatile, and can be used in a variety of ways. It can be cooked in bulk over a weekend, at your leisure, packed in containers, sealed and frozen and used as and when you need to. Make your spaghetti sauce as you usually do with mince, tomatoes, garlic, and seasoning of your choice, and allow the sauce to cool. If there are four in your family, divide the mixture into amounts that will suit your family, and pack either in containers, or zip-lock freezer bags, label, and freeze.
