The Superman Curse

When it comes to movie curses, there are a few rumors and ghost stories out there. Some have surrounded the ill fated father and son duo of Bruce Lee and his son Brandon, and another famously surrounded the stars of the Superman movies of the seventies and eighties. At first it's easy to dismiss the story as mere speculation, but when you start to delve into what happened to the stars, it becomes a lot more plausible. Kirk Alyn, one of the first actors to play superman back in the forties, faded into obscurity after that role, and George Reeves, one of his successors, committed suicide. Christopher Reeve, the most famous Superman of all, famously had a polo accident, leaving him paralyzed until his death in 2004, and his wife Dana died two years later. Mar got Kidder, most famous as Lois Lane, is still alive, but has been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder.
