The Secrets of Great Arms and Shoulders

As many bridal gowns are strapless, or held up with spaghetti straps, many women worry about their arms and shoulders, as even the slimmest person can suffer from the ‘chicken wing' underarm effect. This could very well spoil the whole look of a stunning wedding dress. Exercise can improve things in as little as eight weeks, so, if you have the time, go to your local gym, and ask a member of staff for a personalized program, and go about three times a week, not on consecutive days. Alternatively, you can achieve the same results at home with your own exercise program. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms straight out in front, and holding two bottles of water underneath, slowly lift alternate arms to shoulders and down again , repeating ten times on each arm. You can also hold the weights next to your thighs and lift to a horizontal line, making sure to keep elbows tight to the waist, and slowly release. Repeat and relax.
