How to Know if Your Baby is Ill

Every parent worries about their baby's health, and if you're a new parent, it can be confusing as to why your baby is crying. Having to look after a sick child can be extremely challenging, and you will want to do all you can to make him better, as well as reassure yourself that you are going about things in the correct way. When babies are ill, they will cry more than usual, and maybe even scream, as if in pain. Your baby will be unusually subdued or listless, and have an odd-sounding cry. Sometimes when babies are ill, there will be diarrhea or vomiting, rapid breathing, fever, or sweating. Your baby will also feel cold or clammy when he is ill, and sometimes will not want to eat.
