Why You Should Keep Frozen Berries In Your Home

If you're someone who likes desserts, but is looking for quick and easy options, frozen berries are a must have in your kitchen. A few frozen berries, blended with a little sugar and water, boiled, and processed, makes an excellent topping for ordinary vanilla ice cream. Baked in readymade pastry cases, and topped with whipped cream, they make great tartlets, and thawed and piled on a pavlova they make an elegant dessert. You can also stir frozen berries into pancake batter, or use them as a filling for a sweet pancake, which also makes them great for breakfast. Then again, if you add them to muesli and yoghurt, and process them, you have a great anytime smoothie.
