With most of us still feeling the tail end of the recession and the global economic crisis quite sharply, chances are getting a new computer is not an option, at least not for a while. However, if your current machine is not coping with your software, or if it's just a little too slow for your liking, what do you do? The good news is that most things in your computer are upgradable. This means, for instance, that if your computer is running a little slow, you can upgrade your memory, or your motherboard, and fix that particular problem. Then again, if your kids absolutely must play the very latest games, but they don't want to work on your system, chances are a graphics card upgrade will solve the problem. In fact, most issues are relatively easy and cheap to fix, and you can get a few more months, or years, out of your computer.
