If you love olives, then you have to learn how to make olive tapenade. This tasty olive spread or dip is easy to make at home, and good for you too! You might even find that you can spread it on pizza and slip it past your kids! All you need to make your own olive tapenade is a cup of olives, a tablespoon of capers, a squeeze of lemon, a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, and either a few anchovy fillets, or a little anchovy paste. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor, and process until you achieve a smooth paste. If you want it a little thinner, simply add a little more olive oil, and then season to taste. This tapenade is great to enjoy immediately, but it will also keep for a few days in the fridge.
