There are companies out there that can test this, and identify problem areas. If there are any ‘leaks' of heat or cool air, make sure you have them fixed. Another important point is that you want to make sure that your heating and cooling system is powerful enough to reach every corner of your home. That means getting an expert in to assess the system, and quote if necessary.
