How to Fix Air-conditioning That Won’t Work

There's not much that's worse than driving a car that does not have air-conditioning when it's hot out. If yours is not performing up to its usual standard, then there are several things you can do to help solve the problem. First, have someone check the belts for you. These drive the compressor, without which air cannot circulate around your car. If they are perished, stretched, or damaged, replacing them might solve your air-conditioning problems. Another good idea is to inspect the condenser. This is a piece of equipment that looks a little like a radiator, and which stores the coolant. If air can circulate freely around it, then you will have better cooling in your care, so remove any debris that may be clogging i t.
